We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. Reporting to the Manager, Product Design, you will be responsible for: Leading end-to-end application design and create amazing experiences that delight customers. Helping develop scalable cutting edge and flexible global design guidelines to maintain clean and consistent user interfaces across products as we grow. Rapidly visualize, prototype, explore multiple product directions, and validate hypotheses - understanding the business and technical impact of your decisions. Applying your deep understanding of UX best practices to drive innovation in your designs. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Content and Marketing to deliver a cohesive experience across all channels and contribute to building out best practices and culture across the design organization and outside the immediate team. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 5+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer for an enterprise SaaS product and Minimum Bachelor's degree in HCI, or related field Demonstrable track record of shipping world-class product designs in Figma, Sketch or comparable tools with relentless focus on delivering simple and intuitive solutions to complex problems (UX Design portfolio required, please provide a link and password if applicable) Proficient in end-to-end product design: UX research, clear stakeholder communication, visualizing through diagrams/user flows, collecting and disseminating customer/PM/executive feedback, creating lo-fidelity wireframes, delivering pixel-perfect high fidelity Figma designs, leading design hand-off and design-dev pairing sessions, performing design QA on delivered products/experiences, presenting and debating with different audiences (engineers, executives, product managers, customers) Deep understanding of technical limitations and front-end development techniques (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) IT/Cloud Security Field familiarity/background is a big plus and designing UX for products in Enterprise Cyber-security domain Experience building UI components and patterns in a modern JS framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) Are familiar with the complexity and attention to detail that designing for dense/complex data visualizations, AI/ML-based workflows, etc and experience with analytical interfaces is highly desirable #LI-Onsite #LI-Hybrid #LI-CM3 Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
