What does an Account Manager Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola? Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA). Job Details: Schedule: Full Time. Monday - Friday. Willing to Occasionally Work Weekends/Holidays. Responsibilities:
- Interact and built rapport with decision maker in each customer location
- Place order of product to be delivered maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumers purchase
- Ensure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained and rotated
- Sell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space with store decision maker, by working with retail managers at customer locations to promote the most sales revenue
- Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and ensure agreements are followed throughout the year
- Interact with delivery merchandisers to ensure that accounts are restocked and displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement with store managers
- Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale insuring that expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers
- Ensure Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) are followed throughout the year, by regularly confirming with Key Account Manager (KAM) and customer location general manager on the details of the CMA
- Maintain back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma (or GED). Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years experience
- 1-2 years retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods experience required
- Successful track record of building strong business relationships within the market place
- Must be able to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices
- Driver's License, clean driving record and reliable form of transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to handle repetitive lifting, bending and stooping with 20-50lb cases
