We are looking for an experienced AI and Agentforce Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our Employee Success (ES aka HR) Agent and AI products. This individual will be responsible for defining the strategy, building roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional partners including Business Technology (IT), Data Engineering, 3rd party vendors, UX Design, Research and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to deliver innovative solutions that solve ES, employee and manager needs. This Product Manager will bring high-quality products to our employees, manage their lifecycle, and continuously improve them based on customer feedback and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence and evolving agent capabilities, user-centered product design, and delivering high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products.
    • Conduct market research and stakeholder discovery to identify and quantify opportunities for AI and Agent innovation.
    • Develop and prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
    • Stay up to date with technology advancements and industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Business Technology, ES Data Engineering, Legal & Ethics, Research and UX Design teams to drive the product development process from ideation to delivery.
    • Engage with Change Management, Communications and stakeholder operational teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Define key performance indicators (critical metrics) and measure product performance.
    • Use data and analytics to drive product decisions and improve user experience.
    • Ensure ethical considerations in AI development and monitor for potential biases in models.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, post-launch monitoring, and iteration.
    • Prioritize features, create detailed user stories, and define clear product requirements in partnership with Business Analyst team
    • Coordinate product releases and work with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand difficulties, and find opportunities for new features and capabilities
    • Manage cross-functional teams to bring new products and capabilities from ideation to launch
    • Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of product management experience
    • Proven track record of managing products from conception to launch.
    • Experience working with data scientists, engineers, and designers to deliver product solutions.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • Skills:
    • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly product requirements.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Business acumen including building business cases and quantifying results with business context
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with and/or knowledge of Human Resource business processes and products
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI / Large Language Models, recommendation systems, etc.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI principles and practices.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $223,700. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $223,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
