National Grid is hiring a Digitial Product Manager- ADMS. This is a hybrid position located in Waltham, MA. Job Purpose
ADMS Product Manager is primarily responsible for leading the design, deployment, and maintenance the new Electric advanced management distribution system. ADMS system will be able to control our field devices such as line reclosers, capacitor banks and gather information from all SCADA enabled assets. This ability will enable our Advanced Distribution Management (ADMS) to estimate real-time situation awareness and automatically operate the distribution system. The ability to automate operations in real-time is a stepping stone to centralized Grid Automation transition. The ADMS product will integrate with many other grid modernization platforms to manage the utilization of our distribution system. Solar generation, energy storage, electrification of transportation are some technologies that ADMS will centrally manage to maximize their dispatch utilization in real-time. DSCADA will increasingly become a mission critical system for the future of the electric grid. Key Accountabilities
