Employee and Dependent Tuition Assistance Career growth and development Affordable and comprehensive benefits package Position Summary: Under general supervision, organizes, coordinates, and monitors ongoing volunteer program(s) that provide volunteer personnel throughout the Hospital. Interviews coordinates placement, and directs activities of volunteers serving within the Hospital-inputs data into the Volunteer Services database. Shift: Day Shift, Full Time 40 hours, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Education: Associate of Arts degree or relevant college-level coursework. Knowledge: It requires a comprehensive understanding of procedures and activities in volunteer services and one to two years of recruitment experience with local community services and charitable organizations. Skills:
Required Licensure, Certification: None Work Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working with volunteers and community groups and work experience in a hospital or health care setting. Salary Range: Minimum 16.86 per hour - Maximum 27.84 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
