Location: Mukwonago Clinic (D.N. Greenwald Center)
Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, Days - Monday to Friday (no weekends or holidays)
Shift Details: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM; Fridays: 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM; Wednesdays: Off ( No nights holidays or weekends!)

Join ProHealth Medical Group as a Clinical Support Associate II (CSA II) and support our Family Medicine provider, Kimberly Little, at our Mukwonago clinic. ProHealth Medical Group operates 15 clinic and urgent care locations throughout Waukesha County, offering a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Position Overview:
As a Clinical Support Associate II, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent patient care by assisting our providers and ensuring smooth clinical operations. This is a full-time, patient-facing position in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Family Medicine provider to deliver exceptional care to patients of all ages.
- Assist with clinical and administrative tasks, including patient intake, rooming, and documentation in Epic.
- Perform clinical duties such as vital signs, point-of-care testing, injections, and vaccine administration.
- Support workflow by maintaining a well-organized, efficient clinic environment.
- Educate patients about treatment plans and ensure their questions and concerns are addressed.
- Comply with infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards.
- Actively participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) or experience
- Proficiency with Epic preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
