About the role

Exciting opportunity to join the U.S. Self-Care Insights & Analytics (I&A) team at Reckitt, working on our Upper Respiratory portfolio. This role will work with key leaders in U.S. Marketing, to ensure the voice of the consumer is an integral part of delivering the business results and executional excellence.

Our vision as an I&A team is to ensure the consumer is at the heart of everything we do, and that I&A is a strategic, commercial partner to the business. By transforming data into intelligence and insights, you will expand the way people think about the business and pro-actively impact decisions. Working with and influencing key leaders in U.S. Marketing will be critical to embed learning and drive decision making.

The Associate I&A Manager is responsible for uncovering insights and embedding knowledge that drives competitive advantage for Upper Respiratory brands (such as Mucinex, Delsym, Pediatric Mucinex, Instasoothe, Nightshift etc..). In this role, you are expected to act as a consulting partner to the Marketing teams. This involves uncovering business challenges, developing a learning agenda, implementing research studies, interpreting results and building insights, and driving the learning to in-market action. You will be expected to be a co-owner of the business, with an independent, fact-based, consumer-centric voice.

Your responsibilities

In Summary You will

* Be the expert on the U.S. Upper Respiratory consumer and champion consumer-centric decision making across the business.

* Provide high quality support to business partners by guiding interpretation of market research results, identifying patterns across studies, uncovering insight, and strongly contributing to practical action plans following research.

* Be involved in business planning & execution, including communications, local innovation pipeline. You will be an integral member of the business team, expected to contribute to the strategic planning by bringing a consumer lens to the identification of brand-building activities that will drive penetration.

* Have a clear understanding of business objectives to develop, manage, and execute research plans to best meet them and the overall strategy of the brand and market. Includes planning and management of research budget, in partnership with Senior Manager, Consumer insights & Analytics and Marketing partners, as well as identification of innovative, agile methodologies.

* Track and understand consumer and category trends to enable brands to stay ahead, drive brand plans and actions in communications

The experience we're looking for

* Strong consumer insight & analytics background and passion

* Minimum 3 years' experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, preferably from both a design and implementation point of view

* Proven ability to leverage data to drive insight and business results

* Strong communication skills and ability to tell a story with data that influences management-level stakeholders

* Proven track record as a top performer within a multi-cultural environment

* Proven leadership skills including initiative, persistence, creativity, bias towards action, and success even in the face of ambiguity

US salary ranges

USD$110,000.00- $164,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
