What You'll Do You'll lead a team responsible for creating and executing learning strategies for the following areas of Sentry: Personal Lines and Customer Service & Operations. In addition, you'll: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement learning strategies aligned with business objectives and performance outcomes. Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs, including formal and informal solutions (e.g., experimental, social, digital, microlearning). Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives while managing program costs. Lead and mentor a team of learning professionals, fostering a high-performing and engaging work environment. What it Takes To be eligible for this elite opportunity you must meet the following criteria: Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of progressive learning and/or business experience in the insurance industry (Personal Lines or Commercial Lines preferred). Proven ability to align learning initiatives with business outcomes and performance metrics. Expertise in modern learning strategies, methodologies, and technologies. Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong abilities in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience managing teams is preferred.
