Job Description

Asset Optimization Services Business Process Owner prioritizes needs with IT to align with release schedules. You will support global remanufacturing and repair teams in process improvement projects that produce better results You will report to the Director, Global Repair & Remanufacturing Operations and have a hybrid schedule working in Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI.

• Provide business process ownership for Asset Optimization Services, including SAP and other system support to insure alignment with requirements
• Collaborate with other functions in the organization to support strategic initiatives that require process changes for Asset Management
• Provide additional project management support for the extended team as projects come up needing process or systems support.
• Liaison with IT on business priorities and communication of issues.
• Document processes and audits activities to insure alignment with global processes.
• Support Subject Matter Experts in global organization through training.
• Be an escalation point when they are unable to address regional issues.* Supports major IT projects and releases.
• Communicates requirements and needs when working with other functions.
• Collaborates with Customer Care, Portfolio, Supply Chain, and other support functions on process definition and alignment.

• Bachelors degree
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

• 5+ years of experience
• SAP/CRM and ECC experience
• Remanufacturing specific knowledge is helpful
