Job Summary:Summary The Quarry Manager's role is to ensure the safe and efficient execution of mining operations and initial crushing stages in compliance with all pertinent permits. This position demands a dedication to achieving success and a proactive, adaptable approach to changing conditions. Furthermore, it requires a strategic assessment of all mining operation phases to guarantee a consistent supply of rock for the manufacturing operations it supports. The supervision of both direct reports and their hourly personnel is an essential aspect of this role. The objective is to foster a highly competent, skilled, knowledgeable, and collaborative team that is empowered to excel. Essential Duties

Working Conditions: Work is performed in limited enclosed facilities and outdoor areas where extremes of heat, cold, dust, noise, and wet conditions and rough terrain exist. Up to 60% of the work is administrative in nature. Physical requirement: Prolonged sitting and standing, lifting objects (up to 50lbs), extended regular hours, bending, climbing, kneeling, and stooping.
