This role has responsibility for assisting the Senior Manager with overseeing Global Sourcing and Procurements policies and procedures. In this role you will work closely with team members and business units to enable and enhance Western Unions vendor management tool and internal Western Union processes and procedures. This position has responsibility for maintaining governance oversight by developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes for Global Sourcing and Procurement. This position is also responsible for supporting Western Union and its contractor management pool by ensuring compliance with access rights, and financial reviews while reducing risk. This role is expected to develop and maintain auditing tools and reviews to enhance compliance and generate efficiencies. This position will not only have responsibility for Global Sourcing and Procurement, but also such responsibilities may be expanded to other compliance areas or functional programs. Salary The base salary range is $$95,000 - $125,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
