Pay: $35.00/hr+ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday Requirements: The role requires a minimum of 5 years of supervision experience, over 12 years of machining experience, and a valid driver's license or state ID. Job Duties: As a Machine Shop Supervisor, your daily responsibilities include programming machines using BobCad and similar software, consulting with team members to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, and maintaining proper upkeep of all machinery. You'll prioritize workflow, specify and requisition tooling for various machining disciplines, and supervise operators and programmers to foster effective teamwork.
