Advantage Resourcing is actively seeking skilled talent in Broussard, LA, to join a reputable manufacturing company. We're hiring an experienced Structural Fitter with at least three years of experience, ready to take the next step in their career. As a Structural Fitter, you will read and interpret blueprints, align parts for assembly, and position, fit, and weld components to complete units. You'll also operate fabricating machines to cut, bend, drill, and form materials, and use cranes or other lifting equipment to handle components. A welding test will be required, and we're looking for hard-working individuals with strong dedication and work ethic. Candidates should be able to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Available Shifts:
