Our client is looking for an experienced Fabrication Shop Supervisor to join their organization. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in the fabrication shop, guiding a team of skilled professionals to meet production goals and maintain top-tier standards. Schedule: 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $18+ per hour Key Responsibilities: Proficient in CNC and manual machining for a range of equipment. Skilled in machine programming using software like BobCad. Supervise and train machinists, operators, and programmers while ensuring quality and deadlines are met. Manage workflow priorities and collaborate with departments to enhance production efficiency. Maintain and troubleshoot machines, recommending and requisitioning necessary tooling. Assist with quoting by estimating programming, machining time, and tooling requirements. Address production issues and equipment malfunctions as needed. Qualifications: Prefer 5+ years of supervision experience Prefer 12+ years of fabrication/welding experience Valid driver's license/State ID This is a direct hire position with benefits offered by our client which include medical, dental, vision and supplemental insurance, 401k, paid time off, and paid holidays.
