Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities: - Enter customer orders in ERP system for the entire department, processing any revisions - Future limited customer account management includes receiving, processing and confirming orders - Update Excel pricing spreadsheets monthly, as requested, emailing to customer as needed - Assist with departmental support including customer label management, new customer onboarding, sample form creation and tracking, etc. Requirements for Data Entry Clerk: - 2-5 years in Customer Service or Data Entry role in a manufacturing/commercial/industrial setting - Familiarity with order entry and inventory management - Desire to grow into customer account management as job knowledge is gained - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Team player - Good communication skills QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
