We are looking for an Insights Excellence Transformation Lead who is collaborative, innovative and self-motivated to join us in our Integrated Insights Team, based in our United States headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This hybrid position requires a minimum of 40% on site presence with a 5-10% international and domestic travel requirement.
About the role
As a key member of the Insights Excellence Team, you will improve UCB's insights development, delivery and consumption practices that support the business decisions that improve patients lives. You will accomplish this by developing, managing, and delivering a range of Insights Excellence programs and initiatives that enhance our Insights capabilities and improve the delivery and impact of Insights at UCB. In the near term, you will develop and evolve our knowledge managment strategy, leveraging Generative AI and other new technologies; and you will lead our ongoing programs to bring greater consistency, depth, and speed-to-market of our Insights plans.
Who you'll work with
This role will enable you to work with a broad spectrum of UCB stakeholders across the globe, especially those in Insights-oriented and commercial roles. Your direct colleagues will be those in the Insights Excellence, Integrated Insights, and Stakeholder Integration teams. But you will also work closely with teams across our Patient Value Drivers (Patient Evidence, Patient Impact, and Patient Solutions) engaged in commercial Marketing, Medical Insights, Patient Experience, Real World Evidence and Patient Centered Outcomes Research, and others. Finally, you will collaborate regularly with various functional / technical experts, for example in Digital Technology, Data Governance and Data Privacy, and others. Externally, you will work with various consultants and associated suppliers/partners.
What you'll do
* Continually identify, define and recommend opportunities for Insights Excellence to enhance UCB Insights capabilities and improve the delivery and impact of Insights at UCB.
* Independently manage and deliver a range of assigned Insights Excellence initiatives and/or ongoing programs.
* Design and manage assigned initiatives to achieve operational effectiveness, adoption and succesful conclusion across Integrated Insights teams and across the businesses globally.
* Responsible for the management and further improvement of assigned ongoing Insights Excellence Programs and knowledge management platforms.
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
* 10+ years of experience in insights and/or commercial oriented roles is required
* 10+ years of experience working in a global, matrixed environment is required
* Demonstrated experience and skill in communications, and the ability to work collaboratively across a complex global team environment will be critical for this role
* Change Management and project management experience or certifications are not required but are a differentiator
* Bachelors degree is required, Masters degree is preferred
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $141,760-$186,060 per year. The actual salary offered will account for internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
