At the TVH E-commerce Data Science team, we are dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative solutions. We are currently looking for a talented and driven data scientist to join our global team and contribute to our data-driven initiatives. If you are passionate about turning data into actionable solutions and have a strong background in machine learning, we would love to hear from you.

You'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve business problems.

• Collaborate within a team of data scientists, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like GenAI to enhance our customer experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies and continuously improve our data science practices.

• Help build and deploy personalized product recommender systems.

• Optimize our product ranking algorithms.

• Be available to take on incoming machine learning requests as needed.

• Initial tasks evolve as new projects and priorities emerge.

We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in data science or a similar role.

• Proficiency in building and deploying machine learning models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation.

• Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

• Experience with GCP services, particularly BigQuery, Dataflow, Vertex AI, and Cloud Storage.

• Experience developing Generative AI solutions is a strong plus.

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment

• Interest in e-commerce-oriented data science like recommender systems and search algorithm optimization.
