Business Change Management Expert

Full-time | Ecommerce| Location - Olathe, Kansas 66062

As a Business Change Management Expert, your primary responsibility will be to lead change management strategies and activities within the Operations function across the Americas. You will focus on maximizing employee adoption, developing change leadership behaviors, and influencing the overall project outcomes. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

  • Design and execute change plans, including communication plans, sponsorship roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans.

  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders, translating this analysis into actionable change management plans.

  • Manage a variety of projects, such as digital transformations and organizational structure changes, while navigating ambiguity and ensuring confidentiality.

  • Lead change management efforts at the functional level, overseeing initiatives across various projects within the function.

  • Follow up on effectiveness and adoption by maintaining close contact with key stakeholders.

  • Coach, influence, and guide project teams and senior business leaders on the importance and deliverables of change initiatives and their roles as project sponsors.

  • Work closely with sponsors to create sponsorship roadmaps, plan key activities, and communicate responsibilities.

  • Raise awareness about the significance of active and visible sponsorship, acting as a key advisor on change-related matters.

  • Define success metrics and monitor the change process at the project or program level.

  • Identify and manage potential resistance, preparing mitigation tactics.

  • Advise, coach, and consult with frontline management during project rollout, ensuring user readiness and tracking progress.

  • Become an active member of the global Change Management Network.

  • Share experiences, collaborate on projects, and contribute to the growth of change capabilities within TVH, including facilitating training sessions.

  • Ensure the impact of communication, training, and adoption activities is tracked by staying closely connected with various business stakeholders.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years Experience in managing and delivering change programs/activities within a project context.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle phases.

  • Experience in digital transformation or eCommerce is required..

  • Ability to facilitate executive-level meetings to address and resolve sensitive issues, driving alignment across stakeholders.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly focused on "people" aspects.

  • Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural dynamics.

  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and support various business initiatives simultaneously.

  • Team player with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
