Project & Process Manager

Full-time | Ecommerce | Location - Olathe, Kansas 66062

As a Process & Project Manager, you will drive key eCommerce transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with TVH's goal of becoming an eCommerce-first organization. Your mission is to enhance the customer journey on TVH platforms by managing programs and projects that deliver impactful, scalable results. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

  • Lead and coordinate B2B eCommerce transformation initiatives (including marketing, segmentation, and merchandising) to align with TVH's broader strategy.

  • Manage multiple programs and projects from planning through execution, ensuring each meets defined objectives.

  • Track project timelines and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance project quality.

  • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.

  • Serve as the central point of contact between teams, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely updates across all project phases.

  • Facilitate open communication and collaboration between cross-functional departments.

  • Identify and address challenges that could impact project outcomes; escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum and minimize disruptions.

  • Co-design and optimize business processes and new eCommerce capabilities to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Support change enablement and adoption, driving global and local buy-in for transformation initiatives.

  • Be an integral part of the eCommerce Transformation Office.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

  • Possess at least 5 years of professional experience in eCommerce, with a strong emphasis on project management and process design.

  • Be decisive, analytical, results-driven, and committed to completing tasks successfully.

  • Handle challenges and resistance calmly, adapt to changes, and pivot strategies when necessary.

  • Be an effective multitasker and creative problem-solver, able to find solutions in complex situations.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, consistently meet deadlines, and communicate clearly across all levels.

  • Excel in team collaboration, building positive relationships, and fostering strong networks.

  • Be tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools, and adaptable to new technologies that improve processes.

  • Be hands-on, proactively seeking solutions, and leveraging technology to streamline workflows and achieve goals.

  • Expected to travel up to 15% of the time.
