The Sales Manager, Global Accounts role is responsible for the leadership of a global account team, resulting in sustained, sales and market share growth for the assigned enterprise account/customer. You will develop and implement sales strategies and plans, in collaboration with Industry leaders, to achieve strategic objectives. You will lead a team of Global Account Managers, executes a Disciplined Sales Process with account managers and partners to ensure opportunities exist to achieve or exceed annual sales goals. You will develop strategies and plans to create new opportunities through global marketing programs, target accounts and other activities that create demand. You will recruit, develop and performance manages engaged staff who can exceed assigned annual sales goals within the enterprise account. This position is hybrid role located in Nashville, Tennessee and will report to the Director, Global Tire. Responsibilities:
