Job Summary We currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern in the Generics & I.V. Fluids NAM Division to join our Human Resources team. U.S. work authorization required: Fresenius Kabi will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization. Pay rate is $19-$21 per hour, depending on completed academic years Fresenius Kabi does not provide a housing stipend or relocation assistance for summer internships This position requires working onsite 4 or 5 days per week. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Interns will have the opportunity to work in a variety of fields, including: Plan employee social and community activities. Prepare weekly employee newsletter. With manager direction, posts employee communications on social media channels Coordinate recognition programs; such as, service awards and Caring is You promotions. Coordinate quarterly random drug testing events. Run random background screens for Controlled Substance Screening program. Coordinate social and learning activities for summer interns including evening events. Assist Human Resources Administrator with reaching out to individual employees with follow-up questions on payroll, benefits or other administrative tasks needing follow up. Maintains bulletin board and electronic display communications. Specific Skills/Requirements: Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a related business field degree; Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; and Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break Must commit to 8-10 weeks of internship Computer proficiency, Social Media literacy, good organization skills. Students majoring in communication, event planning or human resources would be most qualified.
