**Remote Work Welcome**

We are looking for an IT Asset Analyst to join our team. This role ensures accurate tracking, compliance, and lifecycle management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud resources. The IT Asset Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve asset governance, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and enforce IT asset policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.

  • Work with internal audit, finance, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows to streamline IT asset management processes.

  • Work closely with procurement, finance, IT operations, and security teams to ensure efficient asset lifecycle management.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into IT asset inventory, usage trends, and cost analysis.

  • Analyze asset data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset tracking, minimize losses, and optimize IT spending.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations, or related fields in a large enterprise environment.

  • Strong knowledge of ITAM best practices, ITIL frameworks, and asset lifecycle management.

  • Experience with IT asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or similar platforms).

  • Understanding of software licensing models, contracts, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and working with spreadsheets (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay Range: $72,125- $96,125 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
