Construction Services supports construction projects of any size by offering a quality line of products, technical support and innovative solutions. What You'll Do Create and drive consistency and operational excellence across all locations Develop logistics model that leverages synergy between and among locations to reduce cost and increase speed and quality of service Create regional operations structure that ensures consistent practices across locations Create and enforce uniform standards for appearance, cleanliness and organization across all CS locations Build and lead a team that embodies CMC culture across all locations Establish consistent merchandising, product offering and processes across all CS store locations Create operations platform to ensure scalability of operating practices across locations Improve CS customer experience by creating and implemented branch services that ensure consistency and surpass customer expectations Implement customer-focused solutions that are scalable across locations Establish best of class service platform to improve customer experience Reduce operational cost and increase operational efficiency by eliminating redundant effort What You'll Need 12+ years of leading operations for a multi-location distribution company or similar experience within the construction or heavy industrial industries Experience managing a business that consists of locations dispersed over a large geographical footprint in the US Prior experience owning/overseeing a P&L for a line of business Ability to travel as needed (75% or more) Your Education Bachelor's degree required We are CMC, a Fortune500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
