Role Performance Drone Works is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deal Desk Manager to support and streamline our sales process from quoting through order fulfillment. This role will manage quotes, oversee booking orders, ensure timely invoicing, and work closely with our Finance, Sales, Legal, and Customer Support teams. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks acting as a crucial bridge across departments to facilitate smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage and process quotes, bookings, and order entries efficiently and accurately, collaborating closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure seamless order processing.
- Track order status, proactively resolve issues, and support fulfillment to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Initiate invoicing promptly and accurately, working with Finance to ensure that invoices are generated and sent on time.
- Assist with managing and updating product information, pricing, and configurations, ensuring accuracy and alignment across systems.
- Assist with reviewing manufacturing builds, aligning assets with accounts and attention to details when tracking serial numbers, software versioning, and any other specific data identified as required information
- Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support, to align on quotes, contracts, and customer requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing systems between Salesforce and NetSuite to optimize the quote-to-cash process.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maintain data integrity across systems.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Salesforce, quoting, and order management processes.
- Understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle and experience with systems that facilitate this process.
- Proficient in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and tools
- Familiarity with NetSuite and experience in integrating systems for seamless data flow between Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
