Job Summary Summary: this position is responsible for the successful completion of projects and written documentation of standards to meet external accreditation requirements (NCQA, URAC, CMS, etc). Will also coordinate the activities with internal areas at the enterprise and plan levels of the company and with external accreditation agencies. Monitoring department activities for accreditation and maintaining oversight of the reporting requirements. Managing credentialing audits for the enterprise and for the development and maintenance of enterprise policies, procedures and audit tools.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree OR 4 years managed care experience involving independent judgment.
  • 5 years experience in accreditation programs (i.e., NCQA or URAC programs) orexperience in quality review.
  • 3 years leadership experience.
  • Verbal and written communications skills in preparing recommendations and written documentation in appropriate format and facilitating work groups.
  • Project management experience and skills.
  • Quantitative analysis and organizational skills with skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience identifying and developing strategy and executing according to plan, while functioning collaboratively within a team to achieve organizational goals and objectives

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in accreditation programs (i.e., NCQA or URAC programs) to include review
  • Experience developing policies and procedures - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Experience with Adobe Pro, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with credentialing, audits, and reporting

Hybrid: Work in office 3 days a week; work from home 2 days a week.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$54,800.00 - $121,100.00
