What You'll Do Conduct detailed analysis and assessment of prospective projects to determine scope, resources, and equipment requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to gather all necessary project specifications and client needs to accurately estimate project costs Use industry-standard software and methodologies to prepare precise cost estimates for projects, ensuring all financial considerations are accounted for Assemble detailed, competitive, and comprehensive proposals and quotes for clients, including timelines, budgets, labor, and resource allocations Ensure that all proposals comply with company standards and client specifications, while also ensuring profitability and risk management Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing to ensure quotes are competitive and reflective of current market conditions Works with Sales to oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction Coordinate with the operations team to schedule the delivery and return of rental equipment Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to handle any arising issues or changes in scope Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team during the pre-sale and quotation phases Maintain comprehensive documentation for all estimates, projects, and contractual agreements. Work collaboratively with various internal departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics, HR) to optimize project outcomes and operational efficiency. What You'll Need Proven experience as an estimator and project manager in the concrete forming and shoring industry or related fields Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of project management and estimating software Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail Your Education Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred High School Diploma or GED required We are CMC, a Fortune500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
