Job Description

We manufacture controllers, joysticks, displays, and more for off-highway vehicle applications.

Our Operations Director is responsible for providing leadership, process improvement, and ensuring operational performance excellence for all operations activities to meet customer demands.



Job Responsibilities

Some of the job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Defining and executing business strategy.
  • Establish baselines for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and other key metrics for the business and set up standard measurement and reporting routines to track progress against targeted improvements.
  • Develop and implement the global and integrated supply chain strategy and infrastructure to facilitate the cost-effective flow of products from suppliers to customers.
  • Participate in technological and engineering changes in the market to enhance production operations in order to optimize productivity and business growth.
  • Drive the leadership talent pipeline by identifying, assessing and developing key leadership talents and creating opportunities for them.
  • Oversee P&L performance and alignment of fixed cost for the site in coordination with global functional leaders.
  • Engage with customers in conjunction with Sales in order to gain new business and retain current business.

Background & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in operations, engineering, or a similar area
  • 6+ years of experience in an operations leadership role
  • Ability to lead others while developing the leadership team and a talent pipeline
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in Quality Risk Management and EH&S
  • Experience with a Quality Management System and LEAN Manufacturing
  • Ability to build good working relationships with peers around the globe
  • Must be able to work in the US, without sponsorship, both now and in the future.

Employee Benefits

Hiring salary range: $143,000 - $179,000/year. Base salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.
