Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking an experienced Marketing Program Manager to support the International Sales Organization (ISO). This individual will drive global marketing initiatives aimed at advancing Lenovo's transformation and delivering measurable impact through strategic sales enablement programs.
In this role, you will partner with ISO leadership and global marketing teams to translate business strategies into integrated marketing programs. With a focus on delivering innovative, customer-centric resources, you will strengthen Lenovo's competitive positioning, enhance value propositions, and drive alignment with key growth initiatives across geos, segments, and verticals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with ISO leadership, cross-Business Group stakeholders, and geo teams to define and implement marketing strategies that align with global sales objectives.
  • Develop and deliver One Lenovo sales enablement aligned with ISO sales methodologies to support customer engagement and drive revenue.
  • Partner with corporate strategy and brand teams to ensure marketing messages resonate with specific industry needs and effectively position Lenovo's full technology portfolio.
  • Partner with Lenovo's Geo Leaders to drive successful regional adoption of global sales enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with local market needs.
  • Develop and expand competitive value positioning resources and vertical-specific sales enablement for emerging priorities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to continuously enhance Lenovo's value proposition.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the impact of marketing investments and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with sales teams, Revenue Enablement, and Sales Enablement Academy to refine sales materials and programs.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure efficient delivery of marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on sales enablement for technology solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable sales results.
  • Exceptional understanding of the customer decision journey and sales processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, global initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with global teams and regional leaders to align and activate resources successfully.
  • Experience managing budgets, analyzing data, and optimizing program performance.
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, content marketing best practices, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
  • Ability to synthesize inputs from various stakeholders into cohesive strategies.
This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
