Overview We are looking for a Customer Development Representative (CDR) to join Bruker AXS Inside Sales team. As a Customer Development Rep, you will contribute to the acquisition of new clients, provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. Your responsibilities include managing the leads through the sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities, supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, and building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order. We are looking for someone with exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales or similar roles. Diploma, bachelor's or master's degree. Education in Chemistry, Physics or another related field.
At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $75,000 and $134,000 provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
