While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

As the Latin America Tax Manager, you will co-ordinate and manage the tax compliance and reporting for Macquarie in Brazil, Mexico, and other locations. You will also act as a technical resource within the Tax Reporting team, collaborating with Management, Tax Advisory, and business units on new products and entities in Latin American countries.

What you offer

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting and/or finance; Masters in Tax and/or CPA
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar or complementary tax reporting role
  • Detail-oriented with good intuitive reasoning skills and strong analytical, organizational, and research skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional and cross-border teams
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred.
