Position Summary Reporting directly to the President of Large Scale Optical (LSO), the VP of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive profitable growth through brand awareness, demand generation for new and existing customers and markets. The individual will drive product management, opportunity pipeline (CRM) advancement, marketing insights, digital/traditional marketing activities and strategic NPI/packaging projects. They will manage a team of marketing professionals to drive growth and work closely with executive leadership to achieve business goals. This individual should have experience with integrating businesses and brands. The success of the incumbent will be measured on his/her ability to support the business units in driving profitable growth, and the ability to achieve operational excellence in terms of budget and effectiveness.
