This unique hybrid role blends business analysis and quality assurance work, with a focus on supporting our evolving CRM platform.

What You'll Do




  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, gather and document system requirements.



  • Develop and execute test plans, document issues, and lead QA activities for new and enhanced systems.



  • Identify and recommend improvements to current business processes, with a strong focus on efficiency and automation.



  • Maintain technical documentation, status reports, user guides, and training resources.



  • Design, enhance, debug, and run automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.




Qualifications




  • 2+ years' experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or similar tech-focused roles (5+ years in lieu of degree).



  • A solid understanding of QA methodologies and experience testing software.



  • Strong communication skills-both verbal and written.



  • Familiarity with database security management, code migration, database change management and data management through various stages of product development life cycle.


  • Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including MS Windows, SQL Server, and Office products.
  • A collaborative mindset and track record of working with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field is preferred.




Work Schedule & Location




  • Hybrid/flex schedule-2-3 days onsite at our Lake Forest, IL office, the rest remote.



  • Candidates must live within 90 miles of zip code 60045.



  • Full-time role (40+ hrs/week), typically Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.








    Compensation & Benefits

    Budgeted amount for annual salary is $76,838. Position is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity.
