Job Summary

Job Description

• Assist with employee engagement survey data analytics and reporting.
• Develop training and learning content such as PowerPoints, facilitator guides, and participant guides.
• Assist with enhancing employee engagement SharePoint site with content and resources.
• Help to coordinate information and insights for internal communication updates (Viva Engage posts, DigiBoards, Connect, etc.)
• Assist with the management of and driving engagement in the Vistra Learning Community (VLC).
• Provide management and administrative support for leadership development programs and courses.
• Help with identifying tools and activities to drive engagement in virtual classes and training.
• Act and assist as a project manager on HR projects.
• Research latest HR and Organizational Development trends and innovations.
• Update and transfer content to new company templates.
• Assist with maintaining electronic databases and reporting.
• Manage general office tasks (file cleanup, updating templates, printing, copying, etc.).
