What The Role Is
The Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) is a member of the Dallas Division Community Banking Team and works closely with the Division President and other members of the Leadership Team on day-to-day tasks relating to projects and other administrative support. This role combines high-level administrative duties with analytical responsibilities, including project coordination related to budget and trend analysis. A fundamental understanding of bank operations, including loan process and loan documentation is essential for success in this position.
How You will Make an Impact


  • This job has responsibilities for interfacing with internal employees and the Bank's customers. The EA will communicate on behalf of the Division President they support with employees and customers by phone, email and during in-person office visits and strive to diffuse any possible conflict of scheduling or project timelines that may occur.


Teammate Responsibilities



  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Division President, including calendar management, meeting coordination, producing monthly expense reports, making travel arrangements as needed, etc.

  • Assist with the development, monitoring, and analysis of division budgets and financial performance.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on trends, operational metrics, and performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.

  • Assist with process and procedure enhancement initiatives.

  • Support operational workflows including loan servicing, payment processing, and internal control procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial and personnel information.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Division President.
  • Perform basic office functions such as digital filing, writing correspondence, scanning, faxing and answering telephones.

  • Understand and support the Company's vision, mission, and strategy.
  • Engage in teamwork and team-building and integrate into the culture of the Bank.
  • Stays apprised of Bank's policies and industry best practices.
  • Complies with all Bank's HR and Compliance policies.


Who You Are


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, preferred, but not required.
  • Commercial Lending Assistant experience strongly preferred
  • No certificates or licenses required
  • Preferably three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PP)
  • Proactive and strong work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and timely follow-through
  • Strong communication skills - verbal & written
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Works cooperatively with others.
