Shift:Monday - Friday, Days * Base Pay Range: $90,251.20 - $147,284.80 per year, based on experience

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Create a high-performing team(s) by interviewing, selecting, training, evaluating, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and leading staff within assigned areas of responsibility. Assist with the development, administration, and achievement of the budget and financial targets of the assigned clinic(s). Identify and support opportunities to grow clinics and services as opportunities arise. Achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction by creating a culture of Yes, investigating and responding to patient problems and complaints, and following up on satisfaction surveys. Achieve and maintain high staff engagement by leading, developing, and supporting a high-performing team, and finding ways for them to grow. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and systems, and services within assigned areas. Consistently communicate with staff to keep all informed of goals, expectations, policy/procedure changes, and activities relating to the assigned areas and all of MU Health Care. Ensure the prompt delivery of patient services by implementing improvements and enhancements to patient access and efficient patient flow. Establish, maintain, and monitor staffing levels, productivity, and throughput. Confer with dyad partners, assigned supervisors, departmental leadership, practice physicians, and others to resolve operational problems and promote excellence in the delivery of care. Coordinate and direct the development of processes and procedures for assigned areas, which are compatible with established policies of MU Health Care. Develop and produce monthly practice activity reports related to clinical, financial, and operational outcomes. Represent the area of responsibility as needed or requested by the supervisor or administration. Manage the development, coordination, and maintenance of daily staffing schedules to ensure the appropriate level of coverage and continuity of care. Monitor and oversee time and attendance in alignment with MU Health Care policies and practices, ensuring accuracy of records and timely approval for payroll purposes. May complete unit/department-specific duties as outlined in department documents. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree. Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting and one (1) year of supervisory experience. Completion of a healthcare-related fellowship program and a master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related area may be substituted for the experience and supervisory requirements. Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a health or business-related field. Master's degree in business or healthcare administration. Two (2) years of supervisory experience. Experience in a medical practice or ambulatory care experience. Experience with finance, budgets and process improvement strongly preferred. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
