City Experiences is seeking a Paralegal for our Legal operations in Orlando

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

The Legal Ops Specialist will hold a key position on the Hornblower Legal Team as well as the broader Hornblower Group. This position requires a greater attention to detail, an elevated level of engagement, and a desire to develop strong relationships with our different divisions and leaders across the Group.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain files of all material agreements, corporate records, correspondence, and permits
Provide administrative support for attorneys and other members of the legal team
Review and code external counsel invoices for payment
Identify business and legal issues and internal process improvements
Prepare legal documents such as NDAs, governance changes, and contracts
Assist with pre-litigation, including investigations, discovery, and case log indexing/tracking
Assist with corporate entity maintenance and regulatory matters, including liquor licensing
Assist with the administration of compliance programs
Complete special projects and other assignments and job duties as requested

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required
Paralegal certificate a bonus, but not required
2-3 years of experience in legal ops or as a paralegal in a law firm and/or in-house setting
Florida notary public commission holder, or willingness to obtain
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite
Experience managing medium-to-large-scale document productions
Working knowledge with case management software a bonus, but not required
