City Experiences is seeking a Paralegal for our Legal operations in Orlando

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:




The Legal Ops Specialist will hold a key position on the Hornblower Legal Team as well as the broader Hornblower Group. This position requires a greater attention to detail, an elevated level of engagement, and a desire to develop strong relationships with our different divisions and leaders across the Group.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Maintain files of all material agreements, corporate records, correspondence, and permits
  • Provide administrative support for attorneys and other members of the legal team
  • Review and code external counsel invoices for payment
  • Identify business and legal issues and internal process improvements
  • Prepare legal documents such as NDAs, governance changes, and contracts
  • Assist with pre-litigation, including investigations, discovery, and case log indexing/tracking
  • Assist with corporate entity maintenance and regulatory matters, including liquor licensing
  • Assist with the administration of compliance programs
  • Complete special projects and other assignments and job duties as requested


Requirements & Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Paralegal certificate a bonus, but not required
  • 2-3 years of experience in legal ops or as a paralegal in a law firm and/or in-house setting
  • Florida notary public commission holder, or willingness to obtain
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite
  • Experience managing medium-to-large-scale document productions
  • Working knowledge with case management software a bonus, but not required
