This would look a little bit like the below areas of expertise:](http://www.teksystems.com/) * [All incoming calls, answer the call itself and direct it to the correct department, employee, etc.](http://www.teksystems.com/) * [Relay information to patients around hours, information desk info, and communicate this to all logistical employees throughout hospital](http://www.teksystems.com/) * [Answer patient questions and request for information. If they don't know the answer put the patient on hold and get answers before answering.](http://www.teksystems.com/) * [Taking emergency calls](http://www.teksystems.com/) * [Take down patient information for admissions, discharges and transfers.
