RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Ongoing long range capacity validation of key ITP EV components in coordination with purchasing program management and supplier operations
  • Lead the EDM/E-Motor make study for SCM capacity analysis & identify balanced capacity, transition timing, engineering pilot activities and SO validation
  • Support of inflation reduction act & USMCA optimization within 25-26CY transition period
  • Review and launch validation of: ITP releases, pipeline offset for releases, banking tracking lead for ITP
  • Advanced bulletin reviews for key EV commodities & coordination amongst advanced program managers
  • Near term SCP recovery simulations and verification across functional areas

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in the automotive, OEM or similar industry
  • Cross-functional experience in supply chain management, material logistics management, or similar discipline
  • Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing and program management is helpful
  • Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
  • Extremely organized, good planner, independent, and detail oriented
  • Proven analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask within tight deadlines
  • Advance Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google slide skills
  • Experience with Stellantis (former FCA) systems (change management, capacity, logistics, international packaging, purchasing, manufacturing and supply chain)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global multi-cultural environments


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA
  • Demonstrated customer relationship skills
  • Plant operations experience
