The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Compliance Systems Specialist is responsible for the implementation and ongoing quality control of affordable related functions in the properties Real Page/ One Site software. The Compliance Systems Specialist protects CCH Real Estate interests by ensuring software compliance with federal, state, and local affordable housing programs, including but not limited to Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Project-Based Section 8, Public Housing, HOME, etc. throughout the company portfolio. The Compliance Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting CCH properties with subsidy rent increase processing including rent increase requests and implementation. Coalition Benefits
