Job Skills / Requirements Per Mar Security Services is seeking an Experienced Security Assistant Account Manager to join our expanding team! Are you looking to change careers? Need a foot in the door for a new start? Let us be your path to professional success! We are interested in you! Adhere to and enforce all Per Mar and client company policies and procedures. Directly supervise Site Supervisors and Security Officers at assigned account. Schedule Site Supervisors and Security Officers at assigned account. Communicate post orders for assigned site. Interview prospective employees for assigned account. Act as liaison between assigned client and the branch office. Address and resolve client issues and complaints. Communicate with Account Manager, Branch General or Operations Manager on regular basis. Review and ensure all payroll information is accurate for employees at assigned account. Assist with training of all new Site Supervisors and Security Officers at assigned account. Perform discipline and evaluations of Site Supervisors and Security Officers at assigned account. Maintain and distribute required reports and records. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles at assigned account. Conduct regular security post checks at assigned account. Enforce and maintain measures to control overtime and training costs. Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance by acting lawfully, ethically, honestly and professionally in the performance of their jobs at all times as well as be in compliance with company policy and procedures as it relates to their job function. When appropriate, inform customers of Per Mar Security Services of products and services and refer business to appropriate department. As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management. Assume responsibility for understanding and complying with Per Mar Security Services attendance expectations. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with the Per Mar Security Services internal/external customers (including, but not limited to: current customers, prospective customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, supervisors and management) in a mutually respectful manner regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and all other protected classes. Qualifications: 21 years of age or older Familiarity with security equipment Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability. Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
