We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to lead purchasing, invoicing, processing mail, maintaining files, data base management, regulatory reporting. Along with internal and external correspondence, special/capital project planning and implementation, community contacts, meeting facilitation, communicate with local agencies and organizations. Reporting to the Owen Lakes Superintendent and working in a collaborative community you will be:
Purchasing, invoicing, processing requisitions, payments and purchase order Process daily incoming and outgoing mail to insure that deadlines and time limits are met Maintain a safe and clean workplace Maintain complete and accessible files that meet company and governmental standards Maintain environmental programs including NEPT membership, ISO 14001 certification and DMRP Data base management. (Ellipse, Kronos, SEART, SIDB) Mandatory reporting. (MSHA quarterly, SMARA, SPCC) Assist or independently generate internal and external correspondence Special / Capital project planning and implementation Public Relations duties, community contacts, meeting facilitation, and communications with local agencies and organizations to promote a positive company image
What You'll Bring
