ACTIVELY HIRING FOR ENTRY LEVEL - Data Entry Specialist Description * To manage critical mortgage loan documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. Adhere to safeguarding of information; retrieval of data/documents effectively; company and investor document lifecycle procedures; company and investor records retention regulations and requirements; and compliance with federal, state and company regulations. Work under direct supervision. Process lien releases and paid in full mortgage loans. Participates in basic research/review with narrow scope. * Monitor and respond to various queues/queries via email and/or phone. Format reports for document release requests for efficient retrieval. Update database for outgoing documents. Reroute requests to appropriate business unit when necessary * Resolve escalated member issues and problems such as a third party requesting a copy of a paid in full mortgage loan documentation requiring validation it was recorded by the county and verifying the member provided permission for the release - Basic research/review Skills Customer service, administrative support, research administration, analysis services, Administration, Data Entry, research and analysis, multi tasking Top Skills Details * Customer service * administrative support * research administration * analysis services Qualifications Basic computer proficiency is required for digital tracking Excel Basic proficiency is needed but not absolutely required *Entry Level skill set: Minimum of 2 years Nice to Have: REL Mortgage or Legal BG - they can be taught Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
