THE JOB:

The Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist will focus on supporting procurement systems and processes, with an emphasis on inventory management. Key responsibilities include managing item setup and operational contracts within the procurement system to ensure accuracy and consistency. This role involves system support, user testing, data audits, and issue resolution related to procurement inventory.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.00/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain and create new items in the Procurement Systems, including identifying alternative or substitute items.

• Manage the setup and maintenance of operational contracts, catalogs, and other master data in the system.

• Identify, correct, and maintain master data standards and support data conversion efforts.

• Research and resolve system errors at both property and corporate levels.

• Collaborate with internal departments and other stakeholders to improve system usage and address issues.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• 2+ years prior relevant experience in hospitality operations, inventory control, or procurement.

• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
