Responsibilities Description We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for the development, testing, and deployment of our software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline our processes and ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems. Responsibilities * Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate provisioning and deployment processes. * Write various development scripts to build automation tools to setup infrastructure. * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery. * Work with tools like Jenkins, Azure Repos, Azure Playwright services to automate build, test, and deployment processes. * Set up monitoring solutions to track system performance, detect issues, and respond proactively. * Implement centralized logging systems for effective troubleshooting and analysis. * Utilize containerization technologies like Docker to package and deploy applications. * Work with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes for efficient container management. * Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. * Track, document, and maintain software and network system functionality, and leverage any opportunity to improve engineering. * Conduct regular security assessments and collaborate with the security team to address vulnerabilities. * Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency and to establish maintenance procedure for software systems. * Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures. * Develop architectural diagrams illustrating the process flow within cloud. * Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the relevant teams. Qualifications Position Requirements * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer designing and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC). * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies. * Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. * Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). * Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills * Certification in DevOps or relevant technologies. * Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). * Knowledge of microservices architecture. * Understanding of security best practices in a DevOps environment. |
