Senior Product Manager

Quanterix is revolutionizing biomarker analysis to advance precision health, leveraging Simoa technology for ultra-sensitive protein detection. ROLE SUMMARY:

Quanterix is seeking an experienced product manager to support a growing product line. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, this role will be responsible for the overall management, direction and coordination of new development launches and upgrades. This position provides product vision through voice of customer (VOC), market dynamics and cross-functional coordination. You will be required to operate in customer, technical and executive environments.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Contribute to creation of a clear vision for new product launches within the Quanterix ultra-sensitive portfolio.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and own the customer success of new product introductions (NPIs). Responsible for revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and market share objectives.
  • Identify new product directions: work across functions to develop business opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction and develop, conduct and use voice of customer research.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Sales to develop new or improve existing products based on VOC
  • Participate in multi-functional Corrective and Preventative Action efforts
  • Work closely with outbound marketing, R&D and commercial leads, and all stakeholders in the matrixed environment to translate your vision into commercial success
  • Drive resolution of customer inquiries and complaints with required internal functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and R&D
  • Write clear, testable and user centric requirements that guide implementation
  • Guide feature ideation and development to support implementation
  • Develop insightful and impactful of go-to-market launch plans
  • Represent Quanterix at scientific, medical, regulatory, business and other professional meetings
  • Collaborate with global marketing to develop and deliver product collateral
  • Model and strengthen culture of high impact collaboration, working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Product Development to expand and amplify the precision health ecosystem



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


  • BS degree in a scientific, engineering or computer science discipline


  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role with a life science product



EXPECTATIONS, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES:


  • Transition from technical and tactical to strategic and executive levels
  • Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • On-site preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally
