Test Delivery Lead

* Estimation & Resource Planning
* Test Design Techniques
* Business Development
* Knowledge Management, Requirements Management, Test & Defect Management, Test Strategizing and Planning, Domain-Industry Knowledge, Configuration Management, Agile Project Management, Testing Execution Techniques, Testing Process and Metrics.

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Minimum 18+ years of experience to join our team
* Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure product quality and performance.
* Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
* Provide expert guidance on the use of Jira for test management, tracking, and reporting.
* Implement and maintain Test Maturity Models (TMMi) to continuously improve testing processes and practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Mentor and train junior team members on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
* Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
* Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall testing process and reduce defects.
* Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities into the software development lifecycle.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing technologies and methodologies.
