Job Title: Summer Intern - HR

Location: Houston, Texas

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Internship Overview:

The HR intern will support critical administrative and compliance-related tasks within the Human Resources department. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, including policy updates, digital document management, onboarding, and remote workforce compliance.

Responsibilities:



  • Review and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage digital document processing using Adobe Sign for HR forms and documents
  • Assist with content updates in the onboarding portal to improve the new hire experience
  • Coordinate the distribution of required employment posters to remote employees
  • Update HR policies and documents, ensuring they reflect current standards and use the correct letterhead
  • Support other HR administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Sign or similar digital document platforms is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
