Quality Control-Cleared Contractor - Clifton, NJ - Secret As a Quality Control Contractor, you will be responsible for the identification and documentation of quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems. Facilitates the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. Responsibilities: Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight. Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results. Support Fabrication and Integration of Space Flight Hardware and Software: tasks include Approve Work Authorization Documents; Support material review and corrective action system and Standard repair development and authorization Evaluate use of sampling methods, key characteristic data collection, and monitoring once the process, documentation, and personnel are stable Continually evaluate contract performance, cost control, and customer satisfaction Support Acceptance Test and Qualification Test Procedure (ATP/QTP) failures Ensure approved test procedures, Certificates of Conformance or other contractually acceptable sell-off methods Identify required quality records, including preparation and maintenance Strong Root analysis skills and written communication skills Ensure team understanding of Quality procedures, requirements via briefings Qualification: BA of Engineering Aerospace Electrical or Mechanical 6 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent Conduct program process audits as required.
