Job Summary We are seeking a Benefit Config Analyst with 15+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Facets and SQL with hands-on config expertise in Benefits Configuration across Commercial, ASO, Medicare & Medicaid LOBs. This role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. Responsibilities * Lead and manage complex projects related to Facets, Benefit Config ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. * Hands-on config for GCP, Products, Benefits areas
* Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion. * Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders and clients to ensure transparency and collaboration. * Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and issue logs. * Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share best practices. * Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide training and support to team members on Facets, GCP, Products, Benefit Config to enhance their skills and knowledge. * Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize configuration and resolve business issues. * Manage project budgets resources and timelines to achieve project objectives within constraints. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. Qualifications * Possess extensive experience in Facets, GCP, Products and Benefits config * Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and its application in project management. * Have domain expertise across LOBs like Commercial, ASO, Medicare & Medicaid Claims * Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and spoken. * Show a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a global delivery model. * Display strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills. |
