This management position is focused on our Generator Manufacturing Division. We are looking for talented, creative, and driven experienced manufacturing individuals to oversee all aspects of a manufacturing facility, including production, quality, safety, and employee performance, to ensure efficient and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities of a Manufacturing GM:




  • Production Planning and Execution:



    • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.
    • Ensure efficient use of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
    • Monitor production schedules and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.



  • Quality Control and Assurance:



    • Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.
    • Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.



  • Safety and Compliance:



    • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Comply with all relevant industry regulations and standards.



  • People Management:



    • Lead and motivate a team of production employees.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to improve skills and performance.
    • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.



  • Cost Management:



    • Monitor and control production costs.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.



  • Continuous Improvement:



    • Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.



  • Other Responsibilities:



    • Manage inventory levels.
    • Oversee purchasing and materials management.
    • Work with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
